The SIX BELLS Penmark is not open at present on Mondays and Tuesdays, but hopes to be open every day soon. I'll let you know any changes.


FFROTH is a coffee stand behind the THREE GOLDEN CUPS. Its run by Sarah who serves excellent tea and coffee and snacks. She also sells inner tubes etc., has a track pump and plenty of bike tools for running repairs. She's open from 7:00 am. She also sells copies of When Cycling Was Fun.
